Trk 17 arrived on scene and set up for aerial operations and flowed water for about two hours over the large wood timber logs. Multiple tankers from other surrounding departments responded and a wheel loader from St Thomas Twp was used to assist in moving the logs around for extinguishment.

Trk 17 also responded to New Rd earlier in the day in Adams County, Franklin Twp Box 27-4 for a brush fire impinging on a structure, Trk 17 was placed in service while en route.
